Mt. Gozaisho is the main peak of the Suzuka Mountains, located between Mie and Shiga Prefectures.
Suzuka Mountains are aligned from north to south.
The mountains have cliffs and steep slopes towards the east in Mie Prefecture.
As plain fields are spread at the base of the mountains to the east, you will see Mt. Gozaisho and Suzuka Mountains from Chita Peninsula across Ise-Bay.
You can go to the top of Mt. Gozaisho by Ropeway from the foot of the mountain.
The view of Mt. Gozaisho from Yunoyama Station at the foot of Mt. Gozaisho is spectacular.
